Registration Day 2025 - 16th November 2025, from 8 to 11am.

A special Thanks to Tracey Finau and Tony Newman from Newmans Buses, for the use of their facilities at Newmans Bus Depot, Michigan Road, Bathurst and their generous hospitality on the day.

Such a large undercover area for the Inspections meant we were all sheltered from the sun on a very hot day. In fact, with such facilities, we could have the Rego Day go ahead whatever the weather.

There were 3 Teams of Inspectors giving their Time, Fuel and Expertise to check your vehicles to ensure they are up to a standard acceptable to TfNSW for Registration on our roads.

The Teams inspected around 50 cars, most of which had completed documentation and were presented in roadworthy condition. Thank You to those that made the effort to help the Inspection process.

We also arranged for the Treasurer to give their time to be available to take Membership renewals.

I would like to thank all those who made the days a success – there are too many to name individually, but rest assured, your help was appreciated.

Registrar

REGISTRAR REPORT - December 2023

With apologies to anyone I miss, I would like to thank the people who made Rego Day such a success.  Firstly a special thanks to Tony Newman for the use of his premises. Without such an open expanse undercover, the day would not have flowed so smoothly.

We had three teams of Inspectors consisting of Peter Williams, Ralph McKay, Peter Borland, Ian Hadson, Nick Clancy, Darrell Aurisch, Jim Morrow,  and Wayne Lowe.

Handling the Inspection Administration was Leona Aurisch and Ruth McInroy, and a special thanks to Paul Finnerty for his work with Membership.

When I got home I processed 90 Vehicle Forms and 50 Membership Forms.

Well done to everyone for another successful Rego Day.”
